The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) has provided funding to 6 mental health service provider associations to enable them to establish internal mechanisms for examining practice patterns among their membership. The 6 associations are:

American Psychological Association (APA)
National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
American Psychiatric Institute for Research and Education (APIRE)
American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT)
American Counseling Association (ACA)
National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC)
